4. We have dispute resolution procedures, which can be followed in the unlikely occurrence that a client questions the working hours or qualities of a particular staff member. This can happen at any time so long as the dispute is lodged before the 25th of the month.

Remote Staff hire people located nationally across the entire Philippines, from provincial towns to cities, so long as you meet our minimum Internet speed requirements, speak very good English and are committed to building a long-term career working with our clients.
