Business to business, Outbound
Possible work schedule: 6:30AM - 3:30 PM Manila Timezone
Responsibilities- Contact prospective clients, make the offer for the newspaper, close the sales of either 1/8 for $ 250 +GST or 1/4 for $ 500 +GST. Sales will be confirmed with the client by sending an email and ask for their artwork or perform the artwork (free of charge). The offer will be clearly defined on a HTML one page leaflet.
- Should a client ask for a larger size ad, please refer instantly to the sales manager. This is only for the starting phase. Once the sales staff is settled they can offer larger sizes according to the price list. Telesales people do not have to correspond with the clients. All information will be sent as soon as the sales person tells you what to send. Reporting is however very important. Clear info is needed as to whom the telesales person has spoken to, what are the chances to close a deal if the client does not book instantly (rated from 1-10, with one being very good and 10 not worth further action), complete contact data, especially the email-address.
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree; preferably Mass Communication major in Advertising, Marketing and the like
- Must have at least 1 year OUTBOUND call center experience
- Fluent in English with minimal foreign accent
- Can do multi-tasking
- Must be friendly and decisive, can close the deal as soon as possible.
- Strong attention to detail
- Candidates with strong background in sales campaign, especially in B2B campaigns will be preferred but not a requirement.
- Must be resourceful, creative and spontaneous in dealing with client.

Possible work schedule:
Full Time: 7AM-4PM, MNL timezone (Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunchbreak)
Part Time: 7AM-11AM MNL timezone or 12PM-4PM MNL timezone
Responsibilities- The main responsibility of a Telemarketer is to create and foster goodwill among the clients.
- Telemarketer shall make outbound calls to and receive inbound calls (whichever the client assigns), prepare daily report on calls results.
- To qualify prospect and build relationships with clients through prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Handles and responds to incoming sales inquiries that are generated but not limited to advertising, direct mail, or referrals.
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Fluent english with minimal foreign accent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year OUTBOUND call center experience.
- Must be amenable to working on Australian/UK/US business hours
- Candidates with strong background in sales campaign, especially in B2B campaigns will be preferred but not a requirement.
