  • -inbound sales call for cleaning company-upselling all inbound sales call-outbound sales calls ( ring all email enquiry quotes and follow up calls aswell if customer doesn not anwser the first time we ring them back )-data entry (uploading all job sales to sub contractors on google calendar)-customer complaints ( if a job was not completed properly by one of our sub contractors we offer a return policy to fix these errors so would have to upload on google calendar reco clean jobs for subcontractors)-inbound and out boubd sales .. Facebook with every call that comes through i would like the telemarketer to ask all clients to LIKE us on facebook for our exclusive Promotions we run -training will be provided constantly on new promotions running- Bonuses for telemarketers who meet ther sales targets on a fortnighly basis after all jobs are completed-email quotes ( all templates provided)

  • Responsible for gathering telecommunication phone bills from prospects.(We have a large data base of associated clients in a variety of industries and require introduction of our services past gatekeepers with the hope of securing a copy of a prospects phone accounts for us to analyse and audit).
  • Responsible for calling Building contractors and Real Estate agents.
  • Secure one set of clients phone accounts per day.This would be considered acceptable achievement and would incentivize accordingly.

Requirements
